Terms of Service

Deraa helps Page owners reply automatically to comments and messages, hide abusive comments, and follow up on complaints, based on knowledge sources and rules that the subscriber provides.

• Accounts are opened through a sign-up request that our team reviews. We may accept or decline a request.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity in your account. Change the temporary password on first sign-in.
• The information you provide must be accurate, and you must be authorised to manage the Pages you connect.

• Replies are published as your Page, based on the sources and rules you entered. You are responsible for the accuracy of the prices, offers and information in them, and for keeping them up to date.
• Test your settings in the simulator before turning automation on, and review the logs regularly.
• Your use must comply with Meta’s terms and policies and with the laws of your country, including consumer protection and privacy laws.

• Sending spam or misleading messages, or using the service for fraud or impersonation.
• Trying to bypass Meta’s limits or restrictions, or using the service in a way that breaks Meta’s terms.
• Trying to access other subscribers’ data or disrupt the service.

• The service depends on Meta and on external AI providers; replies may be delayed or stop if one of them fails or changes its terms.
• Delays between replies and send-rate limits reduce risk, but we cannot guarantee that Meta will not restrict a Page or account. Meta’s decisions are outside our control.
• AI can misclassify a comment, so reviewing the logs and complaints remains necessary.

• Each plan has a monthly reply quota. When it is reached, automatic replies pause until the next month or a plan upgrade.
• Prices, trial period and payment terms are agreed between you and our team when the account is activated.

• You can stop automation, disconnect any Page, or delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta’s terms, and will inform its owner.

How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms. We will publish the new version here with its date and notify subscribers in the dashboard; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.
