Data Deletion Instructions

• Delete one Page: in the dashboard, select the Page and click its delete icon. Its settings, sources, logs and access token are deleted, and we unsubscribe Deraa from its notifications at Meta.
• Delete the whole account: on the “Settings → Privacy & security” screen, choose Delete account and confirm with your password. The account and all its Pages and data are permanently deleted.
• Revoke access on Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations and remove Deraa. After that we can no longer access your Page.

We keep the text of your comment or message and your display name for the Page owner for 90 days, after which they are erased automatically. To have them deleted sooner:

• Email support@deraa.app with the subject “Data deletion request”.
• Tell us the name of the Page you commented on, and a link to your Facebook or Instagram profile or your name as it appears on the comment.
• We delete your stored comments and your classification profile within 30 days and confirm by email.

Deleting the comment itself from Facebook or Instagram is done from your own account; we delete the copy we hold.

• Aggregated statistical counts that do not identify any person.
• Encrypted backups, which are replaced automatically within 30 days.
